Guide to player Self-Registration via MyFootballClub
OVERVIEW
• Player goes to www.myfootballclub.com.au
• Finds FFA no and retrieves password or creates a new account
• Logs in and selects Register Now
• Updates Personal Details
• Types in Club Name, select type (player) and select fee package
• Acknowledges Terms and Conditions
• Selects ‘Invoice Me’
If you have trouble with any of these steps, see further instructions attached, or
call FFA / FFV on

02 8020 4199 between 12pm and 9pm weekdays and 10-12 on Saturday
mornings.
Please deposit money to the “Castlemaine Goldfields Football Club” account at
MECU – Regional One BSB 803140 A/c no 02107080
Put the Players name as the reference.
This can be done through online banking or in person.
Which fee to choose?
SSF fees – For children aged 5-9 years, playing on a Friday night
• SSF Fridays ($80) for the first child in your family in this age group
• SSF 2 or more ($70) for the second or subsequent family member
• SSF Volunteer Discount ($40) if you are a manager, coach or committee
member – this can only be claimed once per family.
U10/U11 Fees – For children playing for these teams on a Saturday morning
• U10/U11 ($150) for the first child in your family in this age group
• U10/11 2 or more ($140) for the second or subsequent family member
• Under 10/U11 Volunteer Discount ($75) if you are a manager, coach or
committee member – this can only be claimed once per family.
Junior Fees – These are for anyone playing in a team U12-U16
• Junior U12-U16 ($175) for the first child in your family in this age group
• Junior 2 or more ($165) for the second or subsequent family member
• Junior Volunteer Discount ($100) if you are a manager, coach or committee
member – this can only be claimed once per family.
Youth Fees – For players aged between 16 and 18
• Youth ($200) for the first child in your family in this age group
• Youth 2 or more ($190) ) for the second or subsequent family member
• Youth Volunteer Discount ($125) if you are a manager, coach or committee
member – this can only be claimed once per family.
Senior Fees – For players aged over 18
• Senior Fees ($300) full fee paying player
• Senior 2 or more ($290) for the second or subsequent family member
• Senior Concession Fees ($200) for unemployed or full time student senior
players
• Senior Volunteer Discount ($225) if you are a manager, coach or committee
member – this can only be claimed once per family.
In the unlikely event that there is not an option which fits your family situation,
